Information on Polymesse
Polymesse is a 3-day job fair at ETH Zurich, where more than 120 national and international companies can get in touch with interested students and doctoral candidates of all disciplines. The focus is on personal and direct contact between students / doctoral students and companies.
The majority of the companies participate in 1 day of the fair, optionally it is also possible to participate in 2 consecutive days of the fair.
Polymesse is organised annually in spring by Forum&Contact, a committee of VSETH (Association of Students at ETH Zurich). The organisation committee is a team of 6-8 students, who all organise Polymesse on a voluntary basis in addition to their studies at ETH. The team will be supported by a part-time employee of VSETH.

The online Sign up is starting on Wednesday, 1st November 2023, 9am. All information (company profile, logos and company advertisement) needed for the fair guide has to be uploaded online.
Due to technical circumstances, we ask ALL companies to create a new company account, i.e. to re-register. Existing login data is no longer valid.
The closing date for sign up is on Friday, 15th December, 2023 or at the time when no more stands are available.

Please note: in zone blue it is not possible to bring your own company booth. Zone blue includes furniture (1 counter, 1 hightable, 2 high chairs) and a booth. The booth will be labelled accordingly with your company logo.

Additional furniture (tables, chairs, brochure stands, etc.) can be ordered directly from our boothbuilder. You may also have printed backwalls of your booth.

Please note :
- Billing is done directly via the boothbuilder.
- Dark grey carpet will be layed by us as standard on all booths (except booths no 1 - 5).
- Please note: All companies that already booked a rental booth (incl. rental furniture) when registering online do not need to order it again!

Poly Lectures
CHF 850.-, excl. VAT
Duration of the lecture: 30-45 minutes (exact time will be communicated later), on the premises of ETH Zurich (lecture halls and seminar rooms).
The lecture topic can be chosen by your own. Since students do not have to register in advance for the Poly Lectures, the number of participants can vary greatly and therefore cannot be estimated in advance.

Participation in Poly Lecture 2024 is only possible with simultaneous participation in Polymesse 2024. Due to organizational and logistical reasons, we may only offer a limited number of Poly Lectures. We reserve the right to make a selection according to the number of applications received.
Catering and refreshments for company representatives
- lunch at Dozentenfoyer
- various snacks/sandwiches and beverages during the day as well as
- an aperitif following right after the fair (4pm)
are included in the participation fees for all company representatives.
Lunch vouchers will be distributed on site.

Travel by public transport is strongly recommended
From Zurich main station or Zurich airport, take tram no. 6 or 10 to ETH/Universitätsspital stop.

Fair Guide

Each company will be presented on an A5 double-page spread with a brief company profile as well as an advertisement. The fair guide will be distributed as an e-paper and a printed version to students at ETH Zurich before and during the fair. Alongside social media and the daily flyer, the fair guide will be the main source of information on the fair.

The daily flyer will be distributed to all visitors and students . On the frontside is the overview of the stands and on the backside there is space for your advertisment (format A6).
The booking for the advertisement may be done only within the registration process (first come - first served).
Valuables/Name tags
Valuables
If you are attending the fair on 2 days, please take valuables, notebooks, etc. with you overnight or hand them in at the information desk. We are not liable for any loss or damage.
Name tags for company representatives
Please bring your own name tags for your company representatives. We do not provide these.
